Synopsis
Agou and Emélie live together in a small one-piece in Bangui, Central African Republic. They are young, Emelie is expecting a child and they are dreaming theirselves as in an american tv show. But Agou work as a moto-taxi and is barely making a living. After a moto accident, how are they going to pay for the hospital when the baby will come ?

Rafiki Fariala
Director
Born in 1997 in Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rafiki Fariala initially made a name for himself as a slam artist under the stage name Rafiki RH2O, amassing a large following. In the fall of 2017, he was selected to participate in the Varan documentary directing workshop in Bangui. During this workshop, he created his first film, ==Mbi na Mo - Toi et Moi==, which was screened at numerous festivals, including FIPADOC in Biarritz.
In 2022, Rafiki Fariala directed his first feature documentary, ==Nous, étudiants !==, which won the Libraries' Prize at Cinéma du Réel 2022 and was showcased at many festivals, including the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale), making history as the first Central African film to be screened there. The film was released in cinemas in France in November 2023.
